How we went above and beyond to help complete a test with Target in Jackson, Wyoming.

Target was opening a new location prior to the Holidays, in what was once a Kmart store in Jackson, Wyoming. The Target site owner needed to see if one of their 53’ trailers would work for their new location in preparation for freight. If not, they would need to construct their dock and entrances further to accommodate the trailers.

Operations Manager, Andrea Long, provided communication to find a driver that could help and go 87 miles out of route to their store to test the different entrances and backing within one week’s time. Through back-and-forth communication, strategizing, area drones, video, and photos, Legend was able to execute this for them in a timely manner before their opening for the Holidays. The entrances and backing all passed and we were recognized for our flexibility in making this happen.

“Big kudos to your driver on Wednesday for the truck movement test! He was INCREDIBILY helpful, had some great insights and was super patient with my collecting the videos and pictures. Really appreciate his help!”- Michael Dale, Owner’s Site Representative, Target – Jackson, WY

Going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service by teaming with partners and drivers is what makes us Legend!
